A Note from the Founder

Hi, I’m Mansi — founder of Wild Seeds & Kitchen.

My journey with food has always been rooted in science. With a PhD in Food Science, Technology, and Microbiology, and years of experience in product development across international markets, I’ve spent a large part of my career understanding how food behaves, how it nourishes, and how it impacts our health at a deeper level.

But somewhere along the way, I realised that what we know from science doesn’t always translate into what we eat every day.

In particular, I kept coming back to one simple gap — fibre and gut health. So many everyday foods, especially staples like bread, have become overly refined and nutritionally diluted. And yet, they remain a daily part of our lives.

Wild Seeds & Kitchen was created to rethink that.

I wanted to bring together scientific understanding and simple, honest ingredients — to create foods that are not just enjoyable, but genuinely supportive of better health. Through the use of sprouted and activated seeds, thoughtful formulation, and a focus on digestibility, each product is designed to add meaningful nutrition back into everyday eating.

This is not about making extreme changes or following trends. It’s about making small, consistent choices that support long-term wellbeing.

For me, this brand is deeply personal. It reflects both my professional journey and my belief that food, when done right, can quietly but powerfully improve how we feel every day.
